Himalayan Salt Cooking Slab

Our beautiful Himalayan salt cooking slab is approximately 3 x 21 x 11cm and roughly 1.5kg. Cut from hand mined pink Himalayan salt, this slab conducts heat beautifully and infuses a wonderful depth of flavour. Heat over the grill, on your bbq, in the oven or on your stove.

The cooking slab is best used for cooking fish, prawns, steak or even eggs! Over time the cooking slab will reduce in size. When your cooking slab becomes a little too small to cook on simply grate over food or into the tub for a detoxifying salt bath. Naturally anti-microbial and easy to clean.
