Directions for Use

Inhalation:

• Add 5-10 drops in a vaporiser and inhale deeply for 5 to 10 minutes
• Add 5-10 drops to hot water and inhale deeply for 5 to 10 minutes
• Add 2 drops onto a tissue, hold near the nose and inhale deeply for 5 to 10 minutes.

Note: Use 3 times per day or as needed.

Oral Use: Dilute 1 drop in a glass of water or tea, and drink immediately.
